PLAN APPROVAL

Building a house requires HOA approved Construction Plans and Building Permit prior to

implementation.

Submit initial architectural design to HOA Office, in A3 size, for initial checking. After which,

complete three (3) sets of 20×30 blue print plans will be required for HOA approval prior to

processing of your Building Permit.
